The well known IT Company, IQuest, decided to develop their own office building, by taking over the site of the former garment factory “Flacăra”. Our project transforms the main building of the factory and extends it with two new wings. The whole project is developed around an axis of indoor public spaces, a garden open to employees, neighbors and passersby alike. The project was developed in two stages, both completed. A third phase, further extending the complex whilst offering a distinct, yet coherent architectural language, is also completed.
