A 19th-century construction, stripped of its land to build the Student’s House of Culture in the ’60s, a former student polyclinic during communism, is turned into a clinic. On the outside, the ambient value of the former image is preserved, whereas the inner courtyard and the interior of the roof have been upgraded to a contemporary look. The lack of space led to the use of the underground to place the necessary equipment and to introduce an automated parking system for 16 vehicles, the first of its kind in Cluj-Napoca. Internal spaces are divided into two large areas, one for interventions and one for consultations and treatment.
