The site chosen for the construction of the multipurpose hall offers the possibility of a larger urban regeneration operation of a former industrial area located at the exit to Rîșnov. The hall will be located on an artificial relief that will create a lower level, dedicated to the multiple accesses and connections it needs, and an upper one, for the public. The large hall will have two levels with overlapping bleachers for a total of 10.075 seats, and the small hall will have a tribune with 1.158 seats. The construction will benefit from advanced systems for the use of renewable energies and the efficiency of consumption.
