The apartments are set up in a large amphitheater that relates either to the city through long perspectives or to the public interior garden. The space of this garden is separated from the apartments on the lower levels by the skylights of the shopping galleries, to create the necessary privacy. All this public space flows into the neighboring park through the northern portal. The apartments are accessible directly from the lowest underground car park level or directly from the street, for those from the east and from the riverside promenade, for those from the west. The apartments are mostly with a simple orientation, except for those with double orientation on adjacent sides, for those terraced to the south and for those on the corners from the park. The macro-relief generated by the vertical play of the apartments is dependent on the perspectives and natural light. Each house has a generous loggia, and the larger apartments have their own micro-garden.
