Tiago Oradea shopping center is another point on the list of projects in partnership with Ostwick and Williams Chartered Architects and Town Planning Consultants. The center is within the limits of the city of Oradea, in a commercial area with all the necessary supplies. The mall consists of five sections joined by a traffic area – the gallery which houses shops of various sizes, a supermarket, a furniture store, a household equipment shop, a food court, and a cinema area. The volumes resume the flow and spatiality of the environment, the water, and the green area. This set-up of the space will ensure a green public space, thus providing an area dedicated to leisure activities for the residents of the nearby neighborhoods.
