The industrial plant which operated as a warehouse is proposed to be developed as a small housing estate with commercial premises on the street. The development went through a formula with inner courtyard and cursives, abandoned by the customer, and then resorting to a gradation of 3 volumes generally located over an underground garage. In the public consultation, process more local people demanded a reduction of the building height and consequently the project was remade with the same parameters.
