The Cultural Center project is designed to integrate into a transforming ensemble, meant to consolidate a complex pole of activities dedicated to culture, sports, education, and urban leisure. The proposed system of public spaces includes the southern square, as the first access area, which will be completed with the eastern piazza, built at a later stage by using the land that is not yet part of the project. Also, the courtyard of the Cultural Center, delimited by the portico with public access, is also a multifunctional public space, which can participate in various event scenarios, including by controlling access to the delimited premises.
