This house was built in Alba Iulia for a family looking for both a classical sense of comfort and a modern approach slightly disguised. The plot was long, between two parallel streets, sloping and very narrow. To avoid direct neighboring a set back strategy was adopted. The lower part of the land, with the entrance, was designed to receive. The upper part was designated to offer intimate outdoor spaces. Between these, the levels are stepped. The house was built and used for more than a decade, but the densification of the adjacent plots is pushing the owners to think to abandon it.
