We realized this concept of rebuilding an industrial “brownfield” located in the immediate proximity of the famous “Brush Factory”. We were concerned with achieving a solution that makes a reasonable transition from the scale of construction on the lot, from the northwest side of Barbusse street to an increased density of new development. We used modulation, rhythm and alveolation to achieve functional independence and local customization possibilities, in terms of efficiency by typing. The whole ensemble has generated a common indoor garden of great value for the neighborhood. I must admit that we have been influenced by the new ensembles developed on the islands of Amsterdam, taking on valid principles. The project was very well received by the developer, but I failed to negotiate the contract, being close to a copyright dispute. It happens.
