On the site of the former Flacăra factory in Cluj, we continue to develop the next steps. After studying a combination of offices and dwellings, the second phase turned into to new research and development center, a state-of-the-art office building. The tag was set very high above Binarium, the new name of the first building, already occupied by IT companies. The construction is recently inaugurated. It is sober, elegant, and organized after the Bosch Inspiring Working Spaces philosophy, which implies flexibility and unconventional spaces. It is a presence with its own identity, compatible with the other constructions that already or will be part of this development. We are convinced that the ensemble that grows on this land will be, at least for a time, the most attractive place to work in our city.
