The spectacular campus of the University of Oradea adds another layer by creating a state-of-the-art student dormitory. Taking over the lines of previous constructions in the western area of the complex, the project enters into dialogue with both what has already been built and with those still proposed, for which land has been reserved through a master plan that covers the entire available area. All rooms in the dormitory are designed for two occupants, offering a level of comfort tailored to the needs of student life. In addition, the building includes several apartments for families and rooms
adapted for individuals with special needs. For complementary activities, maintenance, preparing and serving meals, studying and relaxing, there are special spaces dedicated and located to be used by groups of users from the different branches of the building. Special attention has been given to both privacy and social interaction, offering balconies to all rooms and gardens in pockets located on the ground, but also on the green roof.
