Made on the basis of a previous PUZ, the new configuration of the assembly solves the visual and functional relationships specific to the operating scenarios, multiple and diversified accesses and the dynamic volumetric perception of important volumes that are difficult to fit into the irregular contour of the land. We created a main entrance square, an access structure with three points of contact with the street network, an integrated underground and surface parking system and a park that integrates all the components of the composition into a coherent whole.
