The sports hotel is part of a larger proposal, located on the generous site of the former stadium which is in ruins. The hotel is equipped with a conference room, a spa area with multiple facilities for athletes and changing rooms that are connected to the training grounds. In the extension of the accommodation building, on the eastern side, a footbridge we proposed that delimits the area of the training grounds from those major pedestrian walkway with an elevated slab with unlimited public access that offers training watching on the football field. The elevated platform will be equipped with seating areas, benches, green areas and small trees.
